Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team or visit our online return portal with your order number and the reason for your return.
Receive Authorization
Once your request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the appropriate return shipping address.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack the device in its original packaging including all cables and manuals, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside of the box.
Inspection and Refund
After our technicians inspect the returned hardware for quality assurance, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
